I know this is a soccer blog, but I want to recognize the passing of one of the greatest women competitors ever. Susan Butcher was a sled-dog racer who won the Iditarod FOUR times. For the unitiated, the Iditarod is a race between Anchorage and Nome - a total of 1,152 miles.
